About us
We are both sides and the bridge that connects them
Vahetus is a product of Humanos Tech, the meeting point between human potential and digital efficiency.
Our story
From our own team to your company
Humanos Tech was founded in Tallinn, Estonia, in 2025 to connect businesses of every size with global talent. Today we work with professionals in nine countries.
Working with freelancers in so many countries made us solve a very specific question: how to record hours in a way that is fair, transparent and reliable for both sides. Vahetus is our answer.
We built it on the same principles that guide everything we do: technology explained with empathy, rigorous processes and data protection aligned with European regulation from day one.
