Vahetus does not impose schedules. You start, pause and finish your shifts whenever you like, on the projects assigned to you.

If your client uses Vahetus, here is what you need to know: how it works, who sees what and what your rights are.

Your own proof of work
You download your hours in PDF or CSV to keep track of your work and support your invoices.
Transparent corrections
If you make a mistake, you request an adjustment with your justification. The original record is never deleted and the report shows who approved each change.
The right to appeal
If an interval of your hours is flagged, you receive the reason and have 14 days to appeal with your own account and evidence. If the appeal is accepted, the hours count again.
A schedule for information only
You can propose your shifts to plan with your account manager, but the schedule never stops you from clocking in.

Vahetus is available in Spanish, Portuguese, English, Estonian and German, in the browser on computers and phones.

Your account manager
Only the freelancers in their portfolio. Every action they take on your shifts comes with a reason.
The company’s Super Admin
The whole company account and the final decision on appeals. Their actions are recorded in the audit log.
Logging your hours in Vahetus does not in itself create an employment relationship. Your relationship with the company is governed by your service agreement. This information is general guidance and does not replace advice from a lawyer.
