1. Proper use
- Log only your own hours, with truthful information.
- Keep your credentials private and do not share them with anyone.
- Access only the data your role allows you to see.
- Use notes, reasons and attachments only to document the hours logged.
2. Prohibited uses
- Logging false hours or logging hours on behalf of another person.
- Attempting to access data of other users, portfolios or companies beyond the scope of your role.
- Attempting to bypass, disable or tamper with the integrity and audit mechanisms.

3. Client responsibility
The Client ensures that its Users know and comply with this policy, and configures roles, projects and portfolios so that each person accesses only what they need.
4. Consequences
If we detect use contrary to this policy, we may restrict or suspend the access of the User concerned, notifying the Client whenever possible. In serious cases, we may terminate the Agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions.
