Hours are the basis of every invoice, so Vahetus protects them in several layers.
A periodic signal keeps the shift alive. If the connection drops, the shift closes on its own and is marked as interrupted.
Each closed record is linked to the previous one with a cryptographic hash, and so is each evidence file. Changing one breaks the chain.
An approved adjustment is added as a new record. The original is kept, and the report shows what was adjusted and who approved it.
Adjustments, flags, evidence and the audit log cannot be changed or deleted, not even from the database.
If an interval is flagged, the freelancer receives the reason and has 14 days to appeal with their own account and evidence.
In-app alerts for every approval, rejection, flag or appeal.
Each freelancer has a responsible account manager, who can be changed whenever needed.
